I'm a Lynx Commercial Customer and have lost my sign in details. How do I retrieve them?
You may receive your details by first visiting the Forgotten Details Page and supplying us with the same email address that you initially used to join Lynx.
If your email address is on file, we will email your information to the specified address.

If this is not successful, you may contact Lynx on; (02) 9767 4888 business hours, Eastern Standard Time.


 

How exactly do I shop on the Lynx website?

Shopping can be divided into 5 easy steps...

Step 1. Click on the 'search' icon and start browsing for products.

Step 2. When you have found a product that you want, enter how many items you would like into the quantity box and click add.

Step 3. When you are satisfied with your order, click the 'proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4. Finally, confirm that your order is correct one last time before clicking 'checkout'

Step 5. Enter your contact details in the form provided. NOTE: You are not required to enter your payment details. Lynx will be in contact with you to arrange payment of your order.
